• In June of 2009, Kathleen Barret became International Institute of Business Analysis’s full-time President and CEO.


• Over 25 years of experience in information technology, Kathleen has held many roles including most recently, managing offshore software development work for a large financial service organization.


• Experienced in CMMI and benchmarking, and through her many years of consulting, brings cross industry knowledge to her role at IIBA.

Ashish Mehta

• Vice President and a Global Practice Head – Business Analysis at Keane Inc.


• 14+ years of proven track record.


• Strong capabilities in building and leading Business Analysis & IT Consulting organization along with the expertise in Strategic Management, Business Development and Quality.


• Certified six sigma black belt.


• Ashish holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from H.P. University, India.
